• As a Marketing Process Outsourcing company, for a specific engagement CMO Axis had to deal with more than 60,000 leads
• The project would be on a short term and would not be interested in purchasing a high-cost solution or engaging in a long-term contract
• Team leader would require to view and assign leads to different staff
• A lot of data was available in excel file formats
• Leads from an online registration page needed to be tracked

Solution

• CMO Axis deployed our CRM solution on a pay-as-you-go model
• The solution was deployed and activated in less than a day's time
• Data was imported from excel files, and bulk re-assign feature was used to distribute leads to executives
• Access rights were set up for various modules of the system such as reports, data import and export
• Web-to-lead add on package was deployed
• Custom fields were added to capture additional information
